Helped a major American auto manufacturer understand how different vehicle parameters (size, speed, allowable roadways) could enable new types of delivery service models. Used agent-based simulation to move vehicles along real-world roadways (from OSM data) in several cities, and used Census data to approximate demand. These simulations gave the client confidence to choose a new delivery vehicle type and start prototyping a new business model live in a few US cities.
